At CPH Hotel, we have rethought the concept of hospitality.

We don’t stand behind the reception desk with a butterfly, white shirt and stiff expression. Instead, we spend our time where our guests are, helping them out with anything they might need assistance with. In short, we strive to offer a kind of personal hospitality to make you feel more at home.

We have done away with the traditional and classic hotel reception desk and replaced it with a digital self-service system, which is both easier and more efficient. This leaves more time for our staff to have a lot more friendly chats with our guests and share their personal recommendations.

At CPH Hotel, we believe that hospitality is about our relationship with our guests. Every single relationship is unique, which is why we have no such thing as standardised answers or recommendations. We always consider the needs and wishes of each guest when guiding them to a great experience in Copenhagen and also share our own personal favourite things to do.
